Andrew Body Building Consultancy

Andrew has been a chartered building surveyor for more than 23 years, the last 17 years have been based in Swindon working throughout Wiltshire, the South West and M4 corridor. Previously Andrew has worked for national surveying and property companies based in Manchester and Birmingham.

Andrew advises on all building repair, surveying and construction matters although spends much of his time advising on dilapidation matters and undertaking project management of repair, maintenance and construction work. Andrew has managed project work ranging in value from a few thousand pounds to contracts of several million. He has also acted for both landlord and tenants on dilapidation matters from claims of a few thousand pounds to those in the millions.

Richard Morris Management

Richard’s property management background can be traced back to the mid 1990’s. Since taking on the management of a small office building in the heart of Oxford, Richard’s experience and portfolio has grown significantly. Richard’s current instructions include the management of substantial former MOD bases, an interesting range of industrial estates and office premises and also some retail parades and units. Richard has also previously managed a number of substantial office headquarters occupied by several blue chip tenants. Clients range from personal investors to recognised international investment funds.

Richard is actively involved in all aspects of each management instruction and has formed close working relationships with not only his clients but also many tenants.
