Falcon Park comprises ten industrial warehouse units arranged over two terraces.
Unit 10 is an end terraced unit of clear span portal frame construction, externally clad with full height profile metal sheet cladding. Access to the warehouse via a roller shutter door with a front elevation. There is a separate personnel entrance.
Internally, the warehouse benefits from a clear eaves height of approximately 5m. At the front of the premises there is a WC, and additional office accommodation could be incorporated at ground floor level if required.
